ShadiLife is intended for adults seeking marriage. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to marry under applicable law to create an account. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that it's genuinely you (or, for a profile you manage on someone else's behalf as a family member or a registered agent, that you have their permission).

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@shadilife.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts, impersonating someone else, or posting a profile for a fictitious person is not allowed.

ShadiLife offers a Free plan and paid Silver and Gold membership plans, each with the features described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Paid plans are billed for the period stated at checkout (for example, 3 or 6 months) and do not auto-renew unless we clearly say otherwise at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through our payment partners; we never store your card details ourselves. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any taxes required by law. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms, and our Service Delivery Policy for how and when your plan takes effect.

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or another person's photos or information; harass, threaten, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other members; use ShadiLife for any purpose other than genuinely seeking marriage; scrape, copy, or resell any content or member data; or attempt to bypass our security, verification, or moderation systems.

We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, without a refund for the remaining paid period if the violation involves fraud, harassment, or abuse of other members.

You keep ownership of the photos, bio, and other content you post, but you give ShadiLife a license to display it to other members and, where relevant, to our verification and moderation staff, for the purpose of operating the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post whatever you upload — including that any photo is actually of you.

Verification badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold) reflect the level of identity check we've completed, not a guarantee about a person's character, intentions, or marital status outside our records. We moderate reported content and accounts on a best-effort basis but can't review every interaction between members.

ShadiLife helps you discover and connect with potential matches. We don't guarantee that you'll find a match, that any match will lead to marriage, or that any member's information is complete or accurate — verification tiers reduce this risk but don't eliminate it. Use your own judgment, and involve your family, before making any serious decision based on a connection made through the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, ShadiLife and CANFIDA are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes or outcomes arising from interactions with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.

You can stop using ShadiLife and request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@shadilife.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other members.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of ShadiLife will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
